So, THIS is NOT our HOME

I watched TV5 Monde just now and there was a story of a man trying to discover the Mayan civilization; risking his life, entering the underwater passage. I used to love this kind of adventure and I would have travelled to that place in my mind and even planned to go there somewhere. And my heart would tremble to see the underwater view. But when I sat and watched the man, I noticed that I didn't take a look at the underwater beautiful view anymore.
What the man did was what in my mind. I thought the words of the wisest man ever lived on earth, King Salomon, that "...for all toil and every skillful work a man is envied by his neighbor. This is also VANITY and GRASPING for the wind." After all the man does the best in life, the value is only vanity and grasping for the wind. How awful! :(

And what if he trapped under the sulfuric water? Where would he end up? It seems that all of us is going to end up somewhere, in eternity. Everything we see, we touch, we smell, we feel, we taste, won't last forever. Even, our body won't stay the same, it deteriorates and ends. So, the world is not our home, the real home where our soul rests.

The thing that we now think important is not as important as knowing where our home is, where we will end up. This is what One Man ever said, "In My Father's house are many mansions, if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you." What a great hope we have now. But how to get there? Well, He continued, "I am the WAY, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."

There is a home and there is also a way to get there. Where would you end up? It's for you to decide :)
